Insanity Asylum Calendar

If you have been watching videos or reading about Insanity Asylum you’ve probably heard people talking about the awesome Insanity Asylum Calendar. What makes the new Insanity Asylum calendar so impressive is how you’re able to customize it to your schedule and even “hybridize” it to other workouts.
I’ve done, or as they say, “graduated” from Shaun T’s Insanity program and I loved it. I’m looking forward to improving my body and training to compete and perform at an even higher level than where I am currently.
Of all the new things I’m excited about for Insanity Asylum, I’m really excited about the Insanity Asylum calendar. I feel pretty lucky that I already have done and purchased P90X and Insanity and the new Insanity Asylum calendar will let you incorporate or “hybridize” your Insanity Asylum with either P90X or Insanity.

Insanity Asylum is only a 30 program since it’s tailored to graduates of Insanity or people who are already at or near their current top fitness levels. It’s designed to take you to the “next” level which means that it’s basically going to kick you in the rear and push you beyond what you think you can handle.
But what do you do after the 30 days are over? That’s where the Insanity Asylum calendar comes into play. You can customize your workouts with the Insanity Asylum DVD’S and do them a few days a week or you can mix up the Insanity Asylum workouts with P90X or Insanity and create a 60-90 day (or even longer) workout plan/schedule.
I haven’t started Insanity Asylum yet, but I’m already looking forward to mixing up the new Insanity Asylum workouts with P90X. P90X has been one of my favorite workouts (I may have even liked it more than Insanity, shhhh) and I’m excited to re-do P90X with Insanity Asylum and see incredible results.
Maybe my head is in the clouds about the ability to hybridize workouts with Insanity Asylum, but I’m super excited regardless. If anyone has tried a hybrid workout routine/schedule with Insanity Asylum I’d love to hear your experience with it.
I’m also really excited about one of the bonus DVD’s that comes with Insanity Asylum that lets you track your progress from start to finish. I remember when I was doing P90X and I didn’t feel like I was making much progress until I looked at my “before” picture and then looked at myself in the mirror; there was a huge difference, I just didn’t realize it because I wasn’t tracking my progress (other than I could do like three times as many pushups as from when I started).
Like I’ve been saying, the new Insanity Asylum calendar is pretty awesome. It’s definitely a selling point all on its own. If you haven’t heard much about Insanity Asylum then I’d highly recommend you look up some YouTube videos or before and after pictures of people who are doing the program or who have completed it.
Their results are so inspiring and incredible. I’m blown away at how much improvement can be made to someone through Insanity Asylum when they start the program in top physical condition.
